Colibri Summer School is an exciting educational summer day camp for children and teenagers. Every year we prepare unique programs. It is our sixth year of joy and summer fun!
Our camp format is English Summer School, which helps to learn English and develop teamwork skills. Everyone is welcome no matter what your knowledge of English is! The beginners will acquire the basics of spoken English and delve into the amazing world of foreign language learning. The students with high mastery in English will develop their skills while solving creative problems and through collaborative work. Participants whose mother tongue is English will learn more about different cultures and find new friends in Latvia.
There are many reasons to choose our camp:
● Each week of camp is an interactive game. The children immerse themselves in learning English, solve game-based problems, and receive information about the world around them.
● Colibri Summer School participants interact in English by participating in projects and competitions together with peers and teachers.
● We offer a variety of outdoor games, trips to the beach, summer fun by the sea and sports activities in the picturesque territory of Bulduru Tehnikums (Viestura ielā 6 k-1) in Jurmala.
● In our camp, children study the processes occurring in nature and the world, they experiment and work on creative projects.
● We help every child to find friends and develop their talents.

The language of communication between teachers and children at the camp is English.
The camp program is designed for two age groups: Juniors – 6-9-year-olds and Teens – 10–14-year-olds.

Week 1 – Magical Friendships (7–11 July 2025)
A heartwarming week of heroes, animals, time travel, and fairytale fun, all about making magical friendships.
Week 2 – Fantasy and Games (14–18 July 2025)
Imagination takes over as kids dive into enchanted forests, wizard spells, and fairy tale quests packed with playful adventure.
Week 3 – The World of Colours (21–25 July 2025)
A vibrant journey through colourful animals, shimmering treasures, dragons, and flag-filled global exploration.
🧠 TEENS (Ages 10–14)
Week 1 – Survive Across the Centuries (7–11 July 2025)
Travel through time to experience epic moments of history, from medieval castles to world-changing inventions.
Week 2 – Eyes Wide Open: Strange Truths & Secret Science (14–18 July 2025)
Get ready to question everything with mind tricks, AI, body mysteries, and bizarre but true discoveries.
Week 3 – Born to Break the Boxes (21–25 July 2025)
Unleash your creativity with futuristic bikes, golden ideas, mirror illusions, and upside-down thinking in a week of total innovation.
Our summer camp is in a picturesque quarter of Jurmala (in the premises of Bulduru Tehnikums, Viestura iela 6, k-1).
Camp hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 (arrival from 8:30) to 17:00.
The cost: one week program is 280 EUR per week including meals (5 days, lunch and afternoon snack). It is so delicious that even the picky eater who usually only chooses potatoes will be happy!
