Additional information:
The coach does not speak Lithuanian, so not only your body will be forced to work, but also your brain.
During the camp, students and pupils will not be able to talk to each other in Lithuanian, so that they can not only work
the body, but also the brain (the coach will assign push-ups and squats if this rule is violated). Training
will be held in: ENGL, RU, ESP languages. The camp is international.
Coach’s help – In order to wash quickly, it is necessary to strengthen the muscles of the legs and arms, for students who
swims professionally, additional arm and leg strengthening training will be assigned.

Age of campers:
9 – 18 years old
Shift :
10-12 students (individual access to each student).
The groups are formed according to the swimming level of the students.
No-show and pick-up are not included in the price (pick-up at the bus station will be organized
for each student and the escort is separate).

Students will live in double and triple rooms.
The brought sweets and colored drinks will be rationed and it will not be allowed to eat after 18:00.
After filling out the form, it is necessary to indicate how many years the student has been swimming, because the students will be divided into two
groups by level.

Before arriving at the camp, you will be sent a detailed program of the camp.
Accident insurance is included in the price.
Health certificate – not required.
E-devices will be available for 30 minutes/day during the camp.
The camper must bring a bicycle, as the sports complex is located far from the city center,
we will go to the lake, play volleyball and hike by bike!
Dinner is not included in the price, so it is recommended to take a dinner ration to the camp
period, students will be able to eat in their rooms in the evening after a day full of excitement.
